Return Policy

Customers come first at!  Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you need to return a product, get it exchanged or receive a full refund, we will do our best to make it as easy as possible.  

Reasons for return : 

A) You have received a wrong product.

A product that is not as described on the site and there is a clear difference between the description said in the site and received product. 

Possibility : Yes

Return Period : Within 7 days of delivery.

Return Condition :  Product is unused, Packed in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags. For electronics, open products will be accepted if found different from description or picture displayed on the site and order.

You can either ask for exchange or refund after your return request has been accepted.

B) You have received a Damaged Product

Visually or functionally damaged product

Possibility : Yes

Return Period : within 7 days of delivery.

Return Condition :

Visual Damage  

Visual Damages which can be seen before opening the packages will be acceptable only in first 24 hours and  the product should  be unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.  Other Visual damages which can’t be seen on the package will be accepted if the package has been opened upon analysis.

Functional Damage  

Functionally Faulty/Damaged Products can be returned to within 7 days of receipt of shipment.  After the 7 day window for refund of faulty products any product that becomes faulty after this period will be subject to the manufactures warranty based on their conditions (if your ordered products comes with guarantee), customer support can assist in directing you to a location so that after sales service with the supplier can be arranged. ( where applicable)  

C) You have changed your mind

Possibility : yes, Only in certain conditions. You have a right to return a product within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Return Period : within 7 days of delivery.

Return Condition : Only Unopened, Unbroken and unused products in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags. 

All returnable items are also exchangeable.

Non Returnable

  • You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of :  
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
  • Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them
  • Any consumable product which has been used or installed
  • Products that fall under specific categories, including household goods, digital books, music, video and video games .

Refund Policy

If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund.  you can either receive a coupon code  and place new order or receive the money by cash or to your bank account. For more details you can contact us at +96897970001
